FR Tiny House

The FR Luxury Tiny House is a resort style one bedroom modular home designed for guests who want generous indoor comfort and a large outdoor living terrace. With a bedroom, full bathroom, open plan living room and kitchen, plus an expansive rooftop style deck, the FR is ideal as a signature unit for eco resorts, glamping sites or high end private retreats.

The main footprint measures approximately 33.5 ft x 56.4 ft (10.2 m x 17.2 m). The enclosed interior is about 700 ft² (65 m²) and the terrace adds roughly 990 ft² (92 m²) of usable outdoor space, creating a generous area for lounge seating, dining or wellness features according to your project.

What Is Included

The FR is delivered as a finished structural unit with integrated systems and factory installed interior and exterior materials.

Structural System

• 100 mm x 100 mm x 5 mm hot dip galvanized steel main frame
• Aluminum magnesium manganese roofing system with waterproof and thermal insulation filling
• Prefabricated insulated wall system, approx. 4–6 in (10–15 cm) thick for thermal and acoustic comfort
• Structural materials in steel and aluminum alloy for high strength and corrosion resistance

Interior and Exterior Finishes

• SPC waterproof interior flooring
• Red cedar solid wood wall panels on selected surfaces (optional PVC veneer from the manufacturer)
• Carbon crystal wall panels with modeling ceiling details
• Aluminum composite panel interior walls in selected areas
• Aluminum insulating glass doors and windows
• Exterior wall materials (depending on specification): 2 mm aluminum alloy panel with fluorocarbon paint, Cedar board, WPS (wood plastic composite) board
• Insulated glass curtain wall system, specification 5 / 20A / 5

Installation and Platform Notes

FR units are designed as modular structures that can be installed on either a reinforced concrete slab or an engineered wooden platform, depending on site conditions and local regulations. We recommend sourcing platforms and foundations locally to reduce shipping costs and to meet local building standards.
Please note:

• Installation services are not included in the base price.
• Detailed structural drawings and connection information are provided, and we recommend hiring experienced local builders or contractors to complete the foundation and installation.
• Customers are responsible for arranging suitable lifting equipment or a forklift at the delivery site to safely unload the house modules.
