The L3 Luxury Tiny House is a compact one bedroom modular home designed for guests who want the comfort of a boutique suite with the calm of the outdoors. With a bright bedroom, private bathroom, and efficient open plan layout, the L3 is ideal as a deluxe cabin, guest house, or high end glamping unit.

Built with a steel and aluminum structure and insulated wall system, it delivers long term durability and four season comfort in a footprint of about 19.7 ft x 10.5 ft (6 m x 3.2 m) and an interior area of approximately 183 ft² (17 m²).

Perfect for eco resorts, short term rentals, private backyard retreats, or anyone looking for a turnkey compact living unit.

What’s Included

The L3 is delivered as a finished structural module with integrated systems and factory installed interior and exterior materials.

Structural System

• Hot dip galvanized steel frame, approx. 100 mm × 100 mm × 5 mm
• Aluminum–magnesium–manganese roof system with waterproofing and thermal insulation
• Prefabricated insulated wall system, approx. 4–6 in thick (10–15 cm) for thermal and acoustic comfort
• Exterior wall options from the manufacturer: 2 mm aluminum alloy sheet with fluorocarbon coating, Cedar board, WPS board (wood plastic composite), depending on specification

Interior and Exterior Finishes

• SPC waterproof interior flooring
• Red cedar solid wood wall panels on selected surfaces (optional PVC veneer available from the manufacturer)
• Carbon crystal feature wall panels and modeled ceiling elements
• Aluminum composite wall panels in selected areas
• Aluminum insulating glass for doors and windows
• Insulated glass curtain wall system, specification 5 / 20A / 5

Included Functional Systems

• Air conditioning system
• Plumbing system with factory pre installed piping to bathroom and wet areas
• Electrical and lighting system with installed fixtures
• Branded bathroom set, typically including: Toilet, Shower area, Sink and vanity
• Base connections and space allocation for a compact kitchenette or wet bar, ready for your chosen appliances and cabinets

Installation and Platform Notes

L3 units are designed as modular structures that can be installed on either a reinforced concrete slab or an engineered wooden platform, depending on site conditions and local regulations. We recommend sourcing platforms and foundations locally to reduce shipping costs and to meet local building standards.

• Installation services are not included in the base price.
• Detailed drawings and connection information are provided, and we recommend hiring experienced local builders or contractors to complete the foundation and installation.
• Customers are responsible for arranging suitable lifting equipment or a forklift at the delivery site to safely unload the house module.
