The L36 Luxury Tiny House is a one bedroom modular retreat designed for guests who want the feel of a premium suite in a compact footprint. With a separate living room, private bathroom, and full height ceilings, the L36 is ideal as a deluxe cabin, guest house, or high end glamping unit.

The structure measures approximately 29.5 ft × 13.1 ft (9 m × 4 m) with an interior area of about 387 ft² (36 m²), giving plenty of space for comfortable long term stays while still fitting easily into campsites, resorts, and private properties.

Perfect for eco-resorts, short term rentals, lakeside or mountain retreats, or anyone looking for a turnkey one bedroom tiny home.

What’s Included

The L36 is delivered as a finished structural unit with integrated systems and factory installed interior and exterior materials.

Structural System

• 100 mm × 100 mm × 5 mm hot dip galvanized steel main frame
• Aluminum–magnesium–manganese roof system with waterproofing and thermal insulation filling
• Prefabricated insulated wall system, approx. 4–6 in thick (10–15 cm) for thermal and acoustic comfort
• Exterior wall materials (depending on specification from the manufacturer): 2 mm aluminum panel with fluorocarbon coating, Cedar board, WPS board (wood plastic composite)

Interior & Exterior Finishes

• SPC waterproof interior flooring
• Red cedar solid wood wall panels on selected surfaces (optional PVC veneer available)
• Carbon crystal wall panels with modeled ceiling details
• Aluminum composite panel interior walls in selected areas
• Aluminum insulating glass doors and windows
• Insulated glass curtain wall system, specification 5 / 20A / 5

Installation and Platform Notes

L36 units are designed as modular structures that can be installed on either a reinforced concrete slab or an engineered wooden platform, depending on site conditions and local regulations. We recommend sourcing platforms and foundations locally to reduce shipping costs and to meet local building standards.

• Detailed structural drawings and connection information are provided, and we recommend hiring experienced local builders or contractors to complete the foundation and installation.
• Customers are responsible for arranging suitable lifting equipment or a forklift at the delivery site to safely unload the house module.
