Its modern exterior sits comfortably in a wide range of landscapes, and the insulated steel and aluminum structure is built for long term, all season use.

What’s Included

The LH48 arrives as a fully finished structural unit with integrated systems and high quality exterior and interior materials.

Structural System

• Hot dip galvanized steel frame, approx. 100 mm × 100 mm × 5 mm
• Aluminum–magnesium–manganese roof system with waterproofing and thermal insulation layers
• Prefabricated insulated wall system, approx. 4–6 in thick (10–15 cm) for thermal and acoustic comfort
• Exterior wall build up; 2 mm aluminum panel with fluorocarbon coating, Optional aluminum mesh or decorative panels as specified by the manufacturer

Interior & Exterior Finishes

• Interior SPC waterproof flooring
• Red cedar solid wood wall panels on selected surfaces (optional PVC veneer available from the manufacturer)
• Carbon crystal feature wall panels and modeled ceiling details
• Aluminum composite wall panels in selected areas
• Aluminum insulating glass for doors and windows
• High quality exterior cladding compatible with coastal, desert, and mountain environments

Installation and Platform Notes

LH48 units are designed as modular structures and can be installed on either a reinforced concrete slab or an engineered wooden platform, depending on site conditions and local regulations. We generally recommend sourcing platforms and foundations locally to reduce shipping costs and to comply with local building standards.

• Clear technical drawings and connection details are provided, and we recommend hiring experienced local builders or contractors to complete the foundation and installation.
• Customers are responsible for arranging suitable lifting equipment or a forklift at the delivery site to unload the house modules safely.
