N5 Tiny House

The N5 Luxury Tiny House is a spacious one bedroom modular home designed for guests who want a premium suite experience in nature. With a comfortable bedroom, full bathroom, and open plan living space, it is ideal as a deluxe cabin, guest house, or upscale glamping unit.

The structure measures approximately 13.1 ft × 29.5 ft (4 m × 9 m) with an interior area of about 301 ft² (28 m²) and a roof height of roughly 12.8 ft (3.9 m), giving a generous sense of volume while still fitting easily into campsites, resorts, and private properties.

What Is Included

The N5 is delivered as a finished structural unit with integrated systems and factory installed interior and exterior materials.

Structural System

• 100 mm × 100 mm × 5 mm hot dip galvanized steel and aluminum alloy main frame
• Aluminum–magnesium–manganese roof system with waterproofing and thermal insulation filling
• Prefabricated insulated wall system, approx. 4–6 in (10–15 cm) thick for thermal and acoustic comfort
• Exterior wall material options from the manufacturer: 2 mm aluminum alloy panels with fluorocarbon coating, Cedar wood panels, WPS (wood plastic composite) boards

Aluminum alloy combines low weight and strong corrosion resistance with improved strength and toughness compared to pure aluminum, which makes it especially suitable for high end modular structures.

Installation and Platform Notes

N5 units are designed as modular structures that can be installed on either a reinforced concrete slab or an engineered wooden platform, depending on site conditions and local regulations. We recommend sourcing platforms and foundations locally to reduce shipping costs and to meet local building standards.

• Detailed structural drawings and connection information are provided, and we recommend hiring experienced local builders or contractors to complete the foundation and installation.
• Customers are responsible for arranging suitable lifting equipment or a forklift at the delivery site to safely unload the house module.
