The N7 Luxury Tiny House is a spacious two bedroom modular home designed for families and groups who want the comfort of a full residence in natural settings. With two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom and one kitchen, it feels like a modern small villa while remaining easy to transport and install.

The structure measures approximately 26.2 ft × 15.7 ft (8 m × 4.8 m) with an interior area of about 571 ft² (53 m²) and a roof height of roughly 20.3 ft (6.2 m). The tall volume and efficient layout make it ideal for resort use, tiny home communities or high end glamping projects.

What Is Included

The N7 is delivered as a finished structural unit with integrated systems and factory installed interior and exterior materials.

Structural System

• 100 mm × 100 mm × 5 mm hot dip galvanized steel and aluminum alloy main frame
• Aluminum magnesium manganese roofing system with waterproof and thermal insulation filling
• Prefabricated insulated wall system, approximately 4 to 6 in thick (10 to 15 cm) for thermal and acoustic comfort
• Exterior wall material options from the manufacturer: 2 mm aluminum panel with fluorocarbon paint, Red cedar solid wood panels, WPS (wood plastic composite) boards

Aluminum alloy combines low weight and strong corrosion resistance with higher strength and toughness than pure aluminum, which makes it very suitable for modular buildings in demanding climates.

Interior and Exterior Finishes

• SPC waterproof interior flooring
• Red cedar solid wood wall panels on selected surfaces (optional PVC veneer from the manufacturer)
• Carbon crystal wall panels with modeling ceiling details
• Aluminum composite panel interior walls in selected areas

N7 units are designed as modular structures that can be installed on either a reinforced concrete slab or an engineered wooden platform, depending on site conditions and local regulations. We recommend sourcing platforms and foundations locally to reduce shipping costs and to meet local building standards.

• Customers are responsible for arranging suitable lifting equipment or a forklift at the delivery site to safely unload the house module.
