The V5 Luxury Tiny House is a modern one bedroom modular home designed for guests who want a full apartment style layout in a compact footprint. With a separate bedroom, living room, full bathroom, and dedicated kitchen, the V5 is ideal as a deluxe cabin, guest house, or high end glamping unit.

The structure measures approximately 37.7 ft × 10.8 ft (11.5 m × 3.3 m) with a floor area of about 409 ft² (38 m²), giving enough room for comfortable long term living while still fitting easily into campsites, resorts, and private properties.

What Is Included

The V5 is delivered as a finished structural unit with integrated systems and factory installed interior and exterior materials.

Structural System

• 100 mm × 100 mm × 5 mm hot dip galvanized steel main frame
• 3 mm aviation grade aluminum roof plates with fluorocarbon paint
• Waterproof heat insulation filling in the roof assembly
• 3 mm aerospace aluminum wall panels with fluorocarbon paint
• Waterproof and thermal insulation filler inside the wall build up

Interior and Exterior Finishes

• SPC waterproof interior flooring
• Carbon crystal wall panels with modeled ceiling details
• Aluminum composite interior wall panels in selected areas
• Aluminum insulating glass with thermal break (broken bridge) for doors and windows
• Low E insulated glass curtain wall for excellent light and energy performance

• Plumbing system with factory pre installed piping to the bathroom and kitchen
• Electrical and lighting system with installed fixtures

V5 units are designed as modular structures that can be installed on either a reinforced concrete slab or an engineered wooden platform, depending on site conditions and local regulations. We recommend sourcing platforms and foundations locally to reduce shipping costs and to meet local building standards.

• Installation services are not included in the base price.
• Detailed structural drawings and connection information are provided, and we recommend hiring experienced local builders or contractors to complete the foundation and installation.
• Customers are responsible for arranging suitable lifting equipment or a forklift at the delivery site to safely unload the house module.
